Rethink Retail is a new website showcasing the diverse range of careers in retail.
The John Lewis Partnership is supporting a new initiative to promote retail as a career of choice and showcase the wide range of career opportunities in retail.
Launched by the British Retail Consortium (BRC), ‘Rethink Retail’ is a careers guidance website that will lift the lid on the future of retail careers. The way we live, work and shop is changing and with the changing nature of jobs in the retail industry, the BRC and its members have developed a future retail careers framework – this is based around six career themes and uses real career stories to bring future retail careers to life:
The new site features case studies from retailers showcasing the diverse range of retail careers, including Lucy Knight, Partner & Personal Stylist at John Lewis & Partners White City and Zoe Simons, Senior Innovation Chef at Waitrose & Partners talking about their career journey and working for the John Lewis Partnership.
