- The brunch dishes will be available from 11am - 3pm (all day Sunday)
- Shoppers can customise their brunch selections with ‘add on options’
Waitrose has added a brand new brunch menu* to its café selection, focusing on enhancing the increasingly popular "all day brunch" experience.
Waitrose café** sales are up 17% (year on year) and the upgraded menu comes from new customer research which highlights the growing popularity of breakfast options at any time of the day. With the new ‘add on options, customers can make each experience uniquely their own whilst enjoying some classic brunch dishes.
Our cafés offer customers a chance to try some of our award winning products and quality ingredients Waitrose has to offer. From the Waitrose No.1 Amber Canadian Maple Syrup drizzled across our Brioche Custard French Toast with Yoghurt & Berries bringing a burst of sweetness, to the Scottish Oak Smoked Salmon in our Eggs Royale - a brunch classic and savoury favourite.
Highlights from the menu include
- Brioche Custard French Toast £5.50
- Welsh Rarebit with Ham Hock on Toast £5.75
- Eggs Royale with Scottish Oak Smoked Salmon £9.00
The menu, which has eight new dishes, will change seasonally to showcase the best produce at the time and gives the opportunity to showcase new and upcoming trends across brunch foods.
