Meeting Santa
John Lewis and The LEGO® Group present Santa's Enchanted Grotto. Visitors at Oxford Street and
Cardiff will take to the skies on an unbelievable adventure to reach Santa's Post Office, meeting the man himself and
leaving with an exclusive LEGO® set.
For the first time customers will be able to book a Welsh speaking session with Santa in Cardiff making the Enchanted
Grotto even more special for native speakers.
In six stores customers can Meet Santa to share Christmas dreams and wishes or enjoy festive treats
and stories at one of our Santa’s Tea Parties, taking place in 21 stores. At both events
children receive a special LEGO® set to take home.
Our four-legged friends are not forgotten either, eight of our stores will offer the Santa Paws
Experience where pups old and young can meet Santa and have a photo taken before they leave with a gift
just for them.
A Host of Festive Events
Beyond Santa, our shops will be bustling with over 500 festive events designed to inspire and
delight.
Join our Christmas Crafting Club to make wreaths, giant decorative bows, and painted candles, or take a masterclass
with our John Lewis Stylists on party dressing, creating a capsule winter
wardrobe or dressing your home for the festive
season.
Customers can try bauble
making with Jo Malone, biscuit
icing classes with Biscuiteers, or a tablescaping
workshop with Sophie Conran.
