Waitrose's Easter culinary secrets have been revealed! The Waitrose chefs are sharing their innovative twists and expert food hacks, making it easier than ever to create a show-stopping feast this Easter. 

Their tips and tricks include everything from hot cross bun stuffing and scones; to twists on traditional lamb dishes with barbecue butterflied lamb and touches of Middle Eastern flavour. 

Paul Gamble, Waitrose Senior Brand Development Chef shares his recommendations below.
