Ping ID is the Partnership’s authentication tool for employees and contractors.  

Ping ID can be downloaded onto a phone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play Store.

I am an employee / contractor of the Partnership, what should I do if I have a problem with my Partnership account or PingID?.

Contact your People Manager in the first instance. If you are unable to login to your Partnership account, ask your People Manager to raise an IT incident or you can call the service desk on 01344 825000.
