While times have changed – with so much shopping done online as well as in store - our values remain, bringing that better way of doing business to the modern world.
We are investing in our stores to create unique shopping experiences that inspire and delight our customers: re-energising our stores and our online channels, ensuring that however our customers choose to shop with us, they have the reassurance that behind each of our products and services is a Partner who stands for trust, expertise, and a commitment to doing business the right way. Our mobile apps are designed to create a ‘Partner in your pocket’, with that same care and product curation, that you get from the brilliant Partners in our stores.
Everyday excellence, for food lovers
Waitrose is the home for food lovers, and the leading destination for shoppers seeking quality, service, sustainability and inspiration. Renowned for trusted sourcing and a commitment to the highest standards - including industry-leading animal welfare and regenerative farming practices - Waitrose delivers unmatched products. We do this through our quality key own label ranges including the premium No1, Duchy Organic, Cooks Ingredients through to innovative branded suppliers like Ottolenghi, Wildfarmed and Angela Hartnett. We also have our own farm, part of the Leckford Estate in Hampshire, which also produces arable crops including high quality bread-making wheat, which is used to make a range of Leckford label flour, as well as oil seed rape, beef, apples, pears, apple juice and cider for Waitrose shops. Our ranges make it easy for customers to choose food they can rely on, whether it’s extraordinary quality food and drink for a special celebration, dinner for tonight or food to go.

Waitrose has its own farm, which is part of the Leckford Estate in Hampshire, and embodies the Waitrose principles of good food, good environmental practices and fairness. Established in 1927, our farm produces arable crops including high quality bread-making wheat, which is used to make a range of Leckford label flour, as well as oil seed rape, beef, apples, pears, apple juice and cider for Waitrose shops.
On the estate you'll also find a Farm Shop, the Longstock Park Nursery and Longstock Park Water Garden, all of which are open to the public.
