Sarah, Baroness Hogg

The John Lewis Partnership announces that Sarah, Baroness Hogg has agreed to an extension of her term as a non-executive director until April 2017 and will continue as Chair of the Partnership's Audit and Risk Committee.

Baroness Hogg joined the John Lewis Partnership Board in February 2011 and became Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee in February 2014.

Sir Charlie Mayfield, Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership said: 'I am delighted that Sarah has agreed to remain on the Board and that we can continue to benefit from her wide experience and insight'.
