We appreciate that labour standard issues can occur in many parts of supply chains, and our aim is to encourage suppliers to be honest with us about the issues that they face. We believe in creating long-term partnerships, so we encourage suppliers to make realistic and continuous improvements over time. To support our Responsible Sourcing Programme, we have set up various initiatives and tools to help suppliers, including supplier manuals with step-by-step guidance and supplier conferences.
Workbook
The Partnership provides a workbook to help suppliers to better understand responsible sourcing and give practical guidance on meeting the requirements of our Responsible Sourcing Code. This workbook includes real-life case studies, useful links to further sources of information and an action plan template to record progress.
