In our home furnishings assortment you'll find John Lewis's own brand duvets, pillows, furnishing fabrics made in our Lancashire mill, Herbert Parkinson. The mill also provides our Made to measure seven day curtain, roller blind and voile services and the small on-site weaving operation creates exclusive fabric designs.
John Lewis offers a minimum of two years' guarantee on all electrical items and a five year guarantee of TV's. Our own brand John Lewis appliances (excluding microwaves) carry a total guarantee of 3 years.
Our in store services range from personal styling and nursery advice to appliance installation and technical support, and for selected services you can book an appointment online.

Click and Collect
Our click and collect service for online purchases is available seven days a week from John Lewis and selected Waitrose shops or you can pick up your order from a local Collect+ outlet.

The Gift List
If you're having a special celebration for which friends and family will want to buy gifts the John Lewis Gift service service makes the whole process easy for guests and list holders alike. You simply register your gift list online, in store, or over the phone and set up a list of the gifts you'd like to receive, either online or one of our shops.
