Corporate Social Responsibility reports

Every year since 2001 we have publicly reported our corporate social responsibility performance, and every two years we provide detailed reports for each of our businesses, John Lewis and Waitrose. These reports set out our policies and principles and summarise how we are managing our environmental impacts, how we are working with suppliers and local communities, and how our employees or Partners contribute to and share in the rewards of our commercial success.
